Earthly Ventures acts solely as a booking agent and facilitator for retreats held at the Sanken Nete Shipibo Retreat Center in Peru. Earthly Ventures does not own, operate, or control the retreat center, its facilities, or any of the activities conducted therein, including but not limited to Ayahuasca ceremonies and other traditional practices.

2. Role of Earthly Ventures
Earthly Ventures is a broker providing a platform for the booking of retreats. Our responsibility is limited to processing payments and confirming reservations. We do not provide, supervise, or assume responsibility for the services offered at Sanken Nete. Any issues, disputes, or concerns related to the retreat should be addressed directly with the retreat center.

3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in the retreats offered by Sanken Nete, including but not limited to Ayahuasca ceremonies, involves inherent risks, both physical and psychological. By booking a retreat through Earthly Ventures, participants acknowledge and accept that they assume all risks associated with their participation, including the risk of injury, illness, or other unforeseen events.

4. Release of Liability
By proceeding with a booking through Earthly Ventures, participants agree to release, waive, and discharge Earthly Ventures, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from their participation in the retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, liability arising from any act or omission by Sanken Nete, its staff, or any third parties associated with the retreat.

5. No Guarantee of Results
Earthly Ventures makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcomes, experiences, or results of the retreats offered by Sanken Nete. The effectiveness and safety of Ayahuasca ceremonies and other practices are not guaranteed, and participants are urged to conduct their own research and consult with medical professionals as necessary.

6. Third-Party Content and Services
Earthly Ventures is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by Sanken Nete or other third parties on this site. Any content, testimonials, or recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as an endorsement or guarantee by Earthly Ventures.

7. Modification of Terms
Earthly Ventures reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the participant’s responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California, USA.
